Why Wayne Pritchard is the Right Choice

Background

Wayne has lived and practiced law in El Paso, Texas, for 37 years. For that entire time, he has been in private practice, first with a firm and, for the last 20 years, as a solo practitioner. During that time, he has appeared in court before numerous judges in both federal and state courts. For the most part, it is these judges who have given him the inspiration to want to serve as your judge in the 168th District Court. A judge should give everyone a fair opportunity to present their case, and that is what Wayne will do if elected as your Judge.

Legal Experience

Wayne has experience in various legal areas, including employment law, antitrust law, family law, probate, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Part of his practice has always included trial and appellate work. His speciality, however, is Intellectual Property Law, which includes patents, trademarks, and copyrights. His entire resume can be viewed on his website at www.pritchlaw.com

In addition to practicing before the U.S. Patent Office, Wayne is admitted to practice in Texas state courts through the state Bar of Texas, as well as federally in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
